You can find the Replacement Parts List on the European Home Website at Dealer Resources under the Contacts tab.
1. Find Dealer Resources under "Contact": https://europeanhome.com/dealer-resources/
2. Enter the dealer password ehome8383
3. Click on Dropbox at the left.
4. Click on Price Lists (all retail pricing)
5. Click on the make of the fireplace.
6. Click on the Replacement Parts List (PDF works best)
7. Identify the part number you would like to order
8. Contact the European Home Orders Team at 781-324-8383 Option 2 for further assistance
9. Or... e-mail your purchase order to: orders@europeanhome.com and they will apply your associated discount and schedule the warehouse to pick, pack and ship your part.
10. You will receive an email once the part has shipped with the associated tracking number
