3rd party fire media is not permitted.
1. The fire media and amount of fire media European Home offers for each individual fireplace has been lab tested and has proven to work safely.
2. Since 3rd party fire media has not been lab tested, we cannot allow 3rd party fire media to be installed in your fireplace. Doing so will void your warranty.
3. Any damage that occurs to your fireplace while 3rd party media is installed will not be covered under warranty. We will also not support the fireplace until the 3rd party fire media has been removed.
