# EH - Why is my Gas Stones/Focus gas burner shutting down to only pilot?

## These fireplaces automatically turn the burners off after 6 hours.

1\. The burner automatically shuts off if the flame height has not been adjusted within 6 hours. The pilot will remain on and the burner can be turned back on by adjusting the flame height via the remote.

2\. The pilot will also shut off  if the flame height has not changed after 5 days.

3\. Please contact Technical Support at 781-324-8383 Option 3 or e-mail service@europeanhome.com for further assistance.
