EV - Why are the flame ribbons dim on my Evonic fireplace?

Dim flames are likely due to a bright surrounding room.

1. If the Evonic fireplace is installed in a bright room (bright colors and/or lots of sunlight) the reflection will wash out the flames.

2. The only remedy is to darken the room or use it at night.

3. It is possible the LEDs are misaligned as well. Remove the hearth tray(fuel bed) and inspect the LEDs sitting on top of the fans. Reseat them if they are not sitting evenly and securely on top of the fans.
