If the H Series is to be installed into a space wider than the width of the fireplace so that there will be an overhang like in the diagram below, noncombustible finishing must be installed as shown below.
1. The entire top of the installation will need to be noncombustible.
2. The sides above the installation will need to be noncombustible for a minimum of 4" above the edge.
3. The bottom does not require noncombustible material.
