Adjust the settings on the remote.
1. Turn on your H Series fireplace.
2. Review your remote screen. In order to have proper modulation, your remote screen should look like this. (Red arrow shows flames completely filled in)
3. If your modulation does not work at this point, you may need to replace the gas valve.
4. Your remote may show the same flames but empty (see pic below)
5. This empty flame setting will cause the modulation not to work. In order to fix this,
6. Press the button in the photo below until the flame becomes full again as in the first picture
7. Test the modulation of the flame.
