This is a step by step process for resetting your Evonic fireplace back to factory settings. *This is helpful for incorrect passwords or when the fireplace is not seen on the wifi network*
1) Open the Esmart App
2) Click the settings wheel on the home page (pictured below
3) On the next screen click
4) Click Factory settings
5) Click ok
6) Your fireplace may freeze or change color for a few seconds. This is normal.
Once the below screen pops up, you have reset it to factory settings.
