# EH - Can I install a G Series burner into a custom fireplace?

## The G Series burner needs to be installed in a solid fuel burning fireplace, UL 127 factory built fireplace or in a listed ventless firebox enclosure.

1. The G Series burner needs to be installed in a **solid fuel burning fireplace**, **UL 127 factory built fireplace** or in a **listed ventless firebox enclosure**. **Anything outside this requirement is not allowed.**

2. Please review the [Installation Manual](https://www.europeanhome.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/EH-MAN-HVF-SS-091423-E.pdf) for further requirements.
