If testing conditions are met, yes.
1. Our testing lab measured the temperature of an 84" ceiling with an H Series installed directly below. The measured temperature was 97F in an ambient 67F room. Fire sprinkler heads trigger at around 155F. If your conditions are similar or to what was tested you should be able to install the fireplace near a sprinkler head.
