There are a number of reasons why the Evonic fireplace may not power on.
Tools needed:
-Smartphone/tablet
-Philips head screw driver
-Small flat head screw driver
-Suction cup
-Voltmeter
1. Is the fireplace plugged into a verified good 120 Volt power outlet? (Use a voltmeter to verify).
2. Is the power switch, located in the front right corner switched to the "ON" position?
3. Is the fireplace turned "ON" in the app? If the fireplace is not turned "ON" in the app the fireplace will not power up.
4. Remove the hearth tray/fuel bed and inspect the electronics and wiring. Make sure the wires are all secure. Inspect the board and connectors for damage.
