The GSBM/VBM pilots are set for natural (tab says NAT) gas by default. This is a guide for setting the pilot to propane.
Note: This will not convert your fireplace from natural gas to propane.
Tools needed:
7/16" open wrench
1/2" open wrench
1. Loosen the pilot nut using a 7/16” open wrench on top and 1/2” open wrench on the bottom.
2. Once loose, slide the tab to the opposite end. It will be red and reads "LP" on top.
3. Tighten the pilot nut with the 7/16” and 1/2" wrench and ensure the pilot is in the correct position as in the photo below.
